Quarter Beef: $5.75/Hanging Lb

Hanging weights can range from 475 to 600lbs for a whole beef. But on average a Quarter beef will be 125lbs. So 125 lbs times $5.75 equals $718.

For the majority of orders we use our own standard cut sheet for the butcher. If you have a strong preference for certain cuts just let us know and we'll try to accommodate. A list of cuts included are below.
