About Us
Vitality Pastures was founded by Michael Adamucci. Michael is a fourth generation family farmer and certified personal trainer.
Michael's great grandfather was a poultry farmer in Italy that moved to America.
Nicholas Adamucci Sr. was Michael's grandfather who continued farming specializing in growing peaches.
From there Carmen Adamucci Michael's father formed Adamucci Farms and grew peaches with his father. Adamucci Farms supplied grocery stores along the east coast with fresh Jersey peaches and nectarines.
Michael was pushed towards school and went to Rutgers University for Business.
He soon after returned to the farm but wanted to head in a new direction.
After completing an invaluable two month long internship at Cognito Farms in Florida. Michael came back with his new found knowledge and officially began Vitality Pastures with the support of his family.
The first ground used was the back yard of his mother with 25 chickens. Then his father let him use about 7 acres of abandoned land that was difficult for tractors to get in to. Now the entire farm is focused on grass fed beef and pastured pork.
We look forward to supplying grass finished beef & pork while expanding a sustainable farming system for the future.
