Vitality Pastures 100% Grass Fed lamb cooked in Vitality Pastures100% Grass fed beef tallow. I'm really impressed with cooking with beef tallow. We are going to work on making the tallow available to purchase or maybe offer it as an option to include in beef orders.

We prepared the land and planted perennial pasture just for the cattle.  The pasture is looking really good and it's nice to have smooth ground if you have to drive over it. So this maybe the standard going forward but we'll have to see how the cattle like it. The grass seen is actually wild grass. The grass we planted is underneath. 

You may be surprised how many eggs three chickens can lay. I had to do something with all these eggs so I started pickling.  I used Braggs apple cider vinegar and did not boil like I was supposed to so to keep the vinegar alive. Came out pretty good.  I was surprised how easy it was. Eggs, beats, vinegar,  and water. Oh and some cinnamon. Great snack when your short on time.

This video had to be short because there were cars waiting to drive by. Here the cows are coming back home to the big pasture.
