You can see the effects of rotational grazing in this photo. The right side of the thin fence wire is where the cattle were kept off and allowed to rest and regrow. The left side of the fence is where the cattle were just moved off of to a new pasture the same day. And all that green grass sucks carbon out of the atmosphere as it grows. The cattle then put that carbon back into the soil after they eat the grass.
